Shipping:
Method: All orders are shipped via USPS. Most orders will be shipped priority mail.

Insuring your order: If items purchase are lost or stolen it is the sole responsibility of the customer. If you wish to purchase insurance, please write in the "Message to Seller" section of the order confirmation page, that you would like to purchase the additional insurance and we will send you an invoice to pay the additional insurance amount: $1.35 for orders under $50 and $2.30 for orders over $50. For question and additional information, please email orders@countesscouture.com. If you are familiar with PayPal, you may also submit the additional insurance amount to the following email address: orders@bonaduce.biz  and therefore will not have to wait for an invoice.

International customers: If you are buying outside of the US, please email orders@countesscouture.com with items that you desire to order along with country of residence and we will send you an invoice via PayPal with correct shipping cost included.

Exchanges/Returns:
All sales are final. No returns are accepted.
